    Getting Started with Wonderful

    Set up your workspace, create your first space, and run your first creative workflow in Wonderful — the creative marketing platform for performance teams.

    Wonderful is the all-in-one creative workflow platform where marketing teams manage assets, run approvals, and launch Meta ads — without switching tools. This guide gets you from sign-up to your first task.

    What Wonderful Does

    Wonderful connects three things that are normally siloed:

    1. Digital Asset Management (DAM) — A single place to store, version, and search every creative file your team produces.
    2. Creative Workflow — Work moves from brief → production → review → approval on visual boards, with comments and version history attached to each asset.
    3. Meta Ads Publishing — Approved assets flow directly to Facebook and Instagram ads from the Ad Launcher tool, no switching to Ads Manager.

    It's built for performance marketing teams, creative agencies, and in-house brand teams that produce high volumes of ad creative.


    Step 1: Create Your Workspace

    Your workspace is the top-level container for your whole organization. Everything — spaces, assets, tasks, integrations — lives inside it.

    1. Go to app.usewonderful.com and click Sign up
    2. Enter your email and create a password (or sign in with Google)
    3. Name your workspace — use your company or agency name
    4. Choose your role: Agency, In-house team, or Freelancer

    Your workspace URL will be app.usewonderful.com/{your-workspace}/ — share this with teammates when inviting them.


    Step 2: Create Your First Space

    In Wonderful, every brand or client is a space. Spaces separate assets, tasks, guidelines, and ad tools so there's no bleed between clients or brands.

    For agencies: Create one space per client (e.g., "Acme Corp", "Nike", "Brand B").

    For in-house teams: Start with a single space for your brand. Add more spaces later when you need to collaborate with external partners (an agency, a production company) or create separation between internal teams (e.g., "Email" and "Paid Ads").

    1. From the sidebar, click + New Space
    2. Enter the brand name
    3. Choose a color for visual identification
    4. Set visibility to Private (recommended for agencies) or Workspace

    Why spaces matter: Everything in Wonderful — assets, tasks, ad tools, brand guidelines — is scoped to a space. This keeps client work separated and lets Nova AI reference the right brand context automatically.

    Step 3: Invite Your Team

    Add teammates so you can collaborate on tasks and review assets together.

    1. Go to Workspace Settings → Members
    2. Click Invite Members
    3. Enter email addresses
    4. Optionally select which spaces they should join
    5. Click Send Invites

    Invitees receive an email with a link to join your workspace and the selected spaces.

    Step 4: Connect Your Integrations

    Two integrations are worth setting up on day one:

    Meta Ads (Required for ad publishing)

    Connect your Meta Business Manager to launch Facebook and Instagram ads directly from Wonderful.

    1. Go to Workspace Settings → Integrations
    2. Click Connect next to Meta Ads
    3. Authorize with your Facebook account
    4. Select your ad account(s) and link each to a space

    Slack (Recommended for team notifications)

    Route workflow notifications — task updates, phase changes, comments — to your Slack channels.

    1. Go to Workspace Settings → Integrations
    2. Click Connect next to Slack
    3. Authorize and configure which events post to which channels

    Other tools (Figma, Frame.io, Google Drive)

    These don't require any connection setup. Just paste a link from any of these tools into a task — Wonderful fetches the file automatically and stores it in the asset library.

    Step 5: Migrate Your Existing Assets

    If you're moving from another DAM, cloud drive, or local storage, bring your assets into Wonderful now — before your first campaigns.

    Options:

    • Direct upload — Drag and drop files onto any board or task
    • Link paste — Paste a Figma, Frame.io, or Google Drive link into a task; Wonderful imports it automatically
    • Bulk migration — Email support@usewonderful.com to initiate an automatic migration from your current DAM. Our team will handle the import for you

    Step 6: Create Your First Task

    Tasks are the core unit of work in Wonderful. Every campaign, ad creative, or content piece gets its own task.

    1. Navigate to your space and click + New Task
    2. Give it a name (e.g., "Summer Sale Hero Video")
    3. Write a brief — what needs to be made, why, and for whom
    4. Assign a team member and set a due date
    5. Attach assets as creative is produced
    6. Move the task through phases (Brief → Creative → Review → Launch) as work progresses

    Is Wonderful available on mobile?

    Wonderful is a web application — access it at app.usewonderful.com from any browser on any device. Native mobile and desktop apps are on the roadmap.

    What browsers are supported?

    All modern browsers are supported (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). No browser extensions or plugins are required.

    How long does setup take?

    Most teams are operational in under an hour. Connecting Meta Ads takes 10–15 minutes. Migrating an existing asset library depends on volume — contact support for large migrations.

    Can I connect multiple Meta ad accounts?

    Yes. Connect multiple ad accounts and assign each to a different space (brand).

    Do I need to use all the features?

    No. Some teams use Wonderful only for asset management and workflows. Others use it primarily for Meta Ads publishing. Use what's useful for your team.

    How does Wonderful handle agency client confidentiality?

    Each client gets its own private space. Members only see the spaces they're invited to. Assets, tasks, and ad tools are completely separated by space. You can also share a space directly with a client so they see only their own work.

    Where is my data stored?

    Wonderful is built on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with assets stored in secure cloud storage in the US. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
