Wonderful makes it easy to collaborate and share creative assets while maintaining control over privacy.
Each asset (or higher-level resource such as a Task or Brand) includes a Privacy Status:
Workspace
Default. Only members of the workspace can view.
Public Review
Share a reviewable version with external stakeholders who can leave comments after logging in.
Public View
Make the resource view-only and accessible via a public link. No login required.
- You can create public links for tasks, brands, or items as needed.
- Users accessing a public link see one of three states:
- Public View: Immediate access.
- Public Review: Can comment after signing in.
- Restricted: Shown a "Request Access" prompt if not authorized.
- Public links are secure, unique URLs and can be disabled at any time.
- The interface clearly shows what you can and cannot do.
- Disabled buttons and tooltips explain when your role does not permit an action.
- For example, only Admins can change team member roles.
- Not logged in: Users are prompted to log in or create an account to view private content.
- Request Access: Logged-in users without permission can request access, which sends a notification to workspace admins.
