    Organize and manage your creative assets in the asset library.

    On This Page

    The Asset Library is the heart of Wonderful — your team’s central hub for storing, searching, and reusing creative files.It brings together all uploaded assets from every workspace, task, and campaign into a single searchable interface.

    Browsing the Library

    • View assets in grid or list mode.
    • Filter by:
      • File type (video, image, document, etc.)
      • Tag or folder
      • Team, workspace, or campaign
      • Upload date or uploader
    • Use smart filters like "Recently Updated," "Used in Ads," or "Needs Review" for quick access.

    Asset Detail View

    Clicking any asset opens a detailed panel showing:

    • Preview (video player, image viewer, or doc preview)
    • File metadata and version history
    • Related tasks, docs, and campaigns
    • Comments and annotations
    • Download, duplicate, or link-copy options

    Uploading and Updating Assets

    • Drag and drop files directly into a workspace, task, or library folder.
    • Upload new versions to existing assets to preserve links and comments.
    • Wonderful automatically detects duplicates and merges them under the same asset when possible.
    • Version rollback allows you to revert to an earlier state if needed.

    Linking Assets

    Assets can be attached to:

    • Tasks – to represent creative deliverables or ad components
    • Docs – to embed references within briefs or feedback documents
    • Brands – to maintain brand-specific creative libraries

    Each link preserves access permissions and syncs automatically across all references.

    Permissions and Sharing

    Asset permissions follow the same structure as the rest of Wonderful:

    • Workspace or Team Admins can control who can view, review, or edit.
    • Public links can be generated for review or presentation purposes.
    • Access indicators show who has visibility on any given asset or folder.

    Version Control

    • Every file version is retained automatically.
    • Comments, annotations, and approvals remain linked to the correct version.
    • You can designate a “Final” version for downstream automation (e.g., ad publishing).

    AI Search and Insights

    Wonderful’s search engine leverages intelligent metadata to surface the right asset quickly — even across formats or file names.In future updates, AI will suggest relevant assets based on context (e.g., “show me all lifestyle footage tagged ‘outdoor’ used in 2025 campaigns”).

    Best Practices

    • Upload new creative into designated campaign folders rather than local storage.
    • Use descriptive titles and consistent tagging for discoverability.
    • Keep “final” and “in progress” versions separate.
    • Periodically review and archive unused assets.
