    Account Setup

    Setting up your Wonderful account is the first step to managing your marketing assets, workflows, and ad campaigns in one unified platform. This guide will walk you through the account creation process, workspace setup, and initial configuration to get you up and running quickly.

    Creating a New Account

    Sign Up Methods

    Wonderful offers multiple ways to create your account:

    Email and Password Sign Up:

    1. Visit the Wonderful sign-up page
    2. Enter your work email address
    3. Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and numbers)
    4. Click Create Account
    5. Check your email for a verification link
    6. Click the verification link to activate your account

    Google Sign-On:

    1. Click Sign in with Google
    2. Authenticate with your identity provider
    3. Grant Wonderful the necessary permissions
    4. Complete profile setup

    Initial Workspace Creation

    After creating your account, you'll be prompted to set up your first workspace. A workspace is the top-level container for all your teams, projects, assets, and campaigns.

    Workspace Setup Steps

    1. Choose a Workspace Name

      • Enter a descriptive name for your organization (e.g., "Acme Marketing Agency")
      • This name will be visible to all workspace members
      • You can change this later in workspace settings
    2. Invite Team Members (Optional)

      • Add email addresses of colleagues to invite
      • Set initial roles: Admin, Member, or Viewer
      • Skip this step if you want to explore solo first
    3. Complete Setup

      • Click Create Workspace to finish
      • You'll be taken to your new workspace dashboard

    Profile Configuration

    Configure your personal profile to help team members identify and collaborate with you.

    Personal Profile Settings

    Profile Information:

    1. Navigate to your profile by clicking your avatar in the top-right corner
    2. Select Profile Settings
    3. Update the following:
      • Full Name: Your display name across the platform
      • Profile Picture: Upload a professional photo (JPG, PNG up to 5MB)
      • Bio: Optional short description about yourself

    Configure how you want to receive notifications:

    • Task assignments and mentions
    • Comment replies and updates

    Email Verification Not Received

    Problem: Verification email doesn't arrive after sign-up.

    • Click Resend Verification Email on the login page
    • Try adding help@usewonderful.com to your contacts and resend

    Workspace Not Created

    Problem: Error when creating initial workspace.

    • Try a different workspace name (avoid special characters)
    • Refresh the page and try again
    • Contact support if the issue persists

    Invitation Emails Not Sending

    Problem: Team members not receiving invitation emails.

    Solutions:

    • Verify email addresses are correct
    • Check recipient's spam folder
    • Ensure workspace has available seats for your plan
    • Use the Copy Invite Link option to manually share
    • Resend invitations from Workspace Settings > Members

      • Minimum 12 characters
