    User Management

Manage team members and user permissions in your account.

    On This Page

Wonderful uses clearly defined access levels for each type of resource.

    Roles

    Admin

Manage billing, integrations, and users. Approve or deny contributor requests.

    Editor

Create, edit, and archive assets, tasks, and docs. Upload or download files.

    Reviewer

View and comment on assets, rich text, or docs. Change task phase or asset status.

    Viewer

View-only access. No edits or comments allowed.

Note: Roles at higher levels (e.g., Workspace) automatically grant equivalent access to all child resources (Teams, Tasks, Items, etc.).

    Inviting New Users

    • Workspace or team admins can invite users directly via email.
    • Each invitation includes:
      • Assigned role
      • Invited by (who sent it)
      • Target resource (e.g., workspace, team, brand, or task)
      • Expiration date and unique token
    • Pending invitations are visible in the workspace or team's Invitations panel.
    • Invited users must accept the invitation to join; if they already have an account, access is granted immediately.

    Managing Access Requests

Users can request access to specific resources they don’t yet have permission for:

    • Requests include a requested role (e.g., Reviewer or Editor).
    • Admins are notified and can approve or deny requests directly from the app.
    • Once approved, the user’s access is updated automatically.

    Shared with Me

    • All resources (Tasks, Brands, Items, etc.) shared directly with you appear in the Shared with Me section.
    • You can filter or group them by source workspace or team for better organization.
