After an intense pickleball match, nothing is better than a relaxing recovery stretch flow. Thankfully, professional pickleball player @christa_gecheva has you covered with these six stretches to help relieve sore and tired muscles. Before getting started, set your Power Plate to 35-40 Hz High Setting and complete two sets of each stretch.
🦵 Hamstring Stretch - 30 seconds on each side
🔥 Enhanced Hamstring Stretch - 15 seconds on each side
💥 Deltoid Stretch - 20 seconds on each side
💪 Anterior and Posterior Forearm Stretches - 10 seconds in each direction
🐍 Downward Dog into Cobra - 5-8 reps
🤸 Calf and Adductor Stretch - 15 seconds on each side
