I’m partnering up with DoorDash to do a scavenger hunt for some of Houston’s best black owned restaurants and food trucks on the app. Houston is known for having a large selection of black restaurants, so I have my work cut out for me. Starting in Pearland, I hit up The Gripper Kitchen. After that, I went to the Northwest side to visit Cutten Kitchen and Chitalian Pizzeria. Lastly, I went to Third Ward to visit 4501 Almeda Food Truck Park, where I visited 3 food trucks. All of these businesses are readily accessible via DoorDash!
