Take a Toxic Tour with Little Village Environmental Justice Organization (LVEJO) to learn about the community’s struggle for environmental justice. Sites include Semillas de Justicia Community Garden, 26th St. & Sacramento, Cook County Jail, the Collateral Channel and more. The cost is $25, which goes in full to LVEJO’s efforts to build a sustainable community that promotes the healthy development of youth and families, provides economic justice and practices participatory democracy and self-determination. 10:30-11:30 am: Attendees arrive at Patagonia Mag Mile for coffee
11:30 am: Shuttle to LVEJO from Patagonia Mag Mile
12:30-2:30 pm: Toxic Tour
2:30-3:30 pm: Post-tour gathering with food and drinks at Mi Tierra Restaurant
4:15 pm: Drop off at Patagonia Mag Mile
