This month, we join our Black/African American-focused Employee Resource Group, ASPIRE, in celebration of Black History Month. ASPIRE has chosen “Moving from Conversation to Action” as this year’s Black History Month theme in effort to move beyond conversations that evolved around the social injustice events in 2020 and take action with a goal to provide meaningful change in our communities.
