The Department of Veterans Affairs is partnering with several non-profit organizations to honor those who gave their lives for the nation throughout May at its national cemeteries. More than 70,000 volunteers are expected to visit 54 VA national cemeteries throughout the month to help show appreciation for veterans’ service and sacrifice.
