0:04How are you feeling being here on the Grammy's carpet?
0:07I feel very excited and happy. I can't stop smiling. I'm just happy.
0:14When you first found out the news with this recognition.
0:19What went through your mind?
0:21I honestly, I had no expectations.
0:24So, I was very much like telling my managers, you know, they were like, let's watch it all together and let's go and like have everyone there.
0:32And I was like, actually, no, we should like make it really casual just in case and I was like, you know, I didn't want to film myself in my reaction cuz I was like, what if what if it doesn't happen?
0:44Then I'm just like turn off the camera.
0:46It'll be such a funny video, but then my manager was like, no, we have to film it cuz you never know.
0:50And so we did.
0:51And um I was just really shocked.
0:53I had my jaw dropped the entire time and I'm just really honored to be next to everyone else that's nominated in the best artist category.

1:03your hype house pal from the Hype House to the Grammy's Red Carpet.
1:10I mean, to share this kind of moment in time together, does it take you back to the beginning?
1:16And then to think of the journey that you've both have had separately.
1:21And now here you are together.
1:23Yeah, I mean, I think my life has evolved and changed so much in the last few years and just getting reminded of those little moments, which by the way, I'll probably never not be reminded of them because I um have lots and lots of videos that I've shared online.
1:36So I will always be reminded of my past, which is I think such a beautiful thing actually.
1:40Because it reminds me that you know, those dreams that I had at that time were were bound to happen with my uh dedication and willingness to kind of commit and also make sacrifices.
2:22And so I'm just excited to be here and then, you know, shed love to my little self that dreamt of this moment.
2:28That's hard work and perseverance.
2:30And I think it's just a new age scrapbook.
2:34We used to have scrapbooks that we cut up and put together.
2:36It actually is.
