0:00Hiings. So I actually just finished up at the gym.
0:02And I went to the grocery store and I picked up a crispy carbonated beverage.
0:06Okay, this is um the Shirley Temple flavor from Poppy. I am someone that is never going to get over this.
0:12Like, I like soda.
0:13I do, and sometimes I I get a little embarrassed to admit it.
0:17Because obviously I'm in the fitness industry, but like I can't help it. It is my guilty pleasure, and I don't want to feel any guilt about it.
0:20Which is one of the reasons why I'm super grateful for beverages like Poppy because I don't have to feel guilty about indulging in something that I truly love.
0:27Can we also get into the flavor? Like, can we get into the flavor of this?
0:30Okay.
0:31When I was a kid, my dad used to take me and my brother to TGI Fridays to visit my Uncle Sean.
0:36Shout out to my Uncle Sean, and we would sit at the bar and we would play games, and I think we were about like eight and seven, maybe, and my Uncle Sean would make us Shirley Temples, and he'd put extra cherries in there.
0:44So for me, this flavor is really nostalgic, and it just reminds me of really, really good times when I was young.
0:48Obviously, I'm older now. I think all of us have 2026 goals.
0:50I'm really grateful that there are offers like Poppy in the world, that way I don't have to feel that guilt.
0:55Cheers!
