We fundamentally oppose any weakening of the Endangered Species Act and are outraged by the Administration’s actions this morning. The #EndangeredSpeciesAct is a critical environmental law that has proven successful - 99% of listed species have survived and many more have been set on a path to recovery. This attack on the ESA panders to destructive, extractive industries. In the face of the extinction crisis, now is not the time to rollback the protections in the ESA.
